RFQ Contractor - Insulation and Energy Efficiency Services Project 2022

Request for Qualifications for Insulation and Energy Efficiency Services PRAB, Inc. is seeking up to three (3) qualified WAP Services Contractors to be part of a qualified contractor pool to provide insulation, air sealing, ventilation and energy efficiency services for Single Family Homes and Mobile Home Residence for PRAB, Inc. under the WAP Grants. No Bid will be received by mail and all bids shall be submitted on bid form furnished by PRAB, Inc by no later than Thursday No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of PRAB, Inc. This bid package "Energy Conservation Services Project 2022 - RFQ" is strictly for Weatherization Measures. This bid package is for a period of one year with a potential to renew or extend the contract upon suitable completion of work and the continuation of program funding. PRAB, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids and to accept the bid and award the contract to the bidder which in its best judgment, best serves the interest of PRAB, Inc. The bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope properly endorsed with the name of bidder, with the destination, "Energy Conservation Service Project 2022 - RFQ". Sealed envelopes must be hand delivered to PRAB, Inc. 11 Harts Lane, Suite D, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816. Emailed packages will not be accepted. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of NJSA 10:2-1 through 10:2-4 and Public Law 1975 c127 dealing with discrimination in employment on public contract. Minority contractors are encouraged to bid.
