Description

Work consists of electing to furnish low-tracking bond coat emulsified asphalt in lieu of standard bond coat. Ensure all work is in accordance with section 904 of the Standard Specifications for Construction and applicable special provisions, except as modified herein. The low-tracking bond coat emulsified asphalt must conform to approved acceptance test methods and procedures described in the Materials Quality Assurance Procedures Manual. No deviations to acceptance test methods and procedures will be allowed
