Description Replace temporary caustic storage and metering system with a permanent caustic storage building and metering pumps to be located in the ammonia building. Relocate chlorine booster pumps and replace temporary chlorine solution piping inside the chlorine building. Provide an additional fluoride metering pump and piping modification inside the fluoride building. Replace temporary chemical piping with new piping to be contained in a concrete trench. Construct new 36" and 48" buried and above-grade piping that will receive bypassed Regional water and water treated from the plant, and which will direct the bypassed and blended water to the City's water transmission mains. Replace surge tank valves. Reconfigure stormwater retention pond. Replace temporary piping constructed by Tampa Bay Water that connected the Northwest Hillsborough TM and the South Pasco TM, with permanent piping to connect the two pipelines. Remove and replace existing gate, butterfly, altitude, ball and cone valve and hydraulic control structures. Provide power feed system, status wiring, interface and integration. Remove the old air compressed system. Remove the abandoned generator cooling water system. Install a new sump pump within existing sequence vaults. Structural and coating inspection of the three clearwells. Install new flow meters.
