| Description | General scope of work: Construction of new park restroom building at Hometown Heroes Park in League City Texas. Construction includes but is not limited to the following description. The remote restroom building will be constructed of structural CMU on concrete foundation on select fill with insulated wood roof structure and standing seam metal roofing. Remote water and sanitary sewer tie-ins will be required near playing fields. Some demolition and reconstruction of existing sidewalks will be required as well as relocation of existing trees and limited site grading. |
