New controls through the BAS. Electrical updates for RTU replacement and addition of evaporative cooling. General Contractor - A Labor and Material payment Bond 100% of project cost; Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Work is subject to liquidated damages of $1000/day. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Final Completion of the Contract date of August 01, 2024. *Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
