MK Betterment Park Phase 2

Reference Number 0000325193 The work on CONTRACT NO. 119 consists of MK Betterment Park Phase 2 recreational complex which will include but not limited to the installation of pickleball courts, drainage improvements, fencing, paved parking lot, lighting and concrete work. The work shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
