Description

The Contractor shall provide services to the City for assigned tasks that are related to mowing/ maintenance of City landscaped areas, ROWs, the Water Reclamation Facility, lift stations, the mowing/slope mowing of the Central Ditch and other areas. The Contractor performing these services shall have a strong background in providing a positive working relationship with large commercial clients, large property management firms or City Mayor/City Council/City Manager type governments. This contract will be a seven-month contract (March 1 through September 30, 2020) and may be extended thereafter on a year-to-year basis, not to exceed five (5) years.
