Natco Park Restroom Building

The project generally consists of site improvements for the furnishing of a pre-fabricated building, including but not limited to the installation of a concrete foundation pad, concrete sidewalk, and utility improvements. The associated improvements will include approximately 900 SY of concrete foundation and 100 SY of concrete sidewalk, 4" thick. Contractor shall install water, sanitary, and electrical utilities at a point of connection (POC) within 6' of the building to be furnished by the Township under a separate contract.
