All applicants must be li- censed or registered, as required by law to work in the State of Washington. Contractors appearing on the small works roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job propos- als for Public Works proj- ects pursuant to R.C.W. 35.23.352(3) and R.C.W. 39.04.155.
