A detailed scope has not yet been determined. As of February 7, 2022, this project is in the design phase and design is being done by owner in-house staff. It is anticipated bidding will commence in August 2023 with construction following. This project is included in the City of Grand Junction FY 2023-2027 Budget CIP. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
