The site with the address of 821 Morehead Street, Chadron, Nebraska 69337- 2546 and all structure situated thereon on the parcel being legally described as: A tract of land located within the City of Chadron, Dawes County, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at a point where the South line of Eighth Street intersects the West line of Morehead Street, thence southerly along the West line of Morehead Street, a distance of 330 feet, thence westerly and parallel to the South line of Eighth Street a distance of 160 feet, thence north-westerly a distance of 113.1 feet, thence northerly and parallel to the West line of Morehead Street a distance of 250 feet, thence easterly along the South line of Eighth Street a distance of 240 feet to the point of beginning. The above tract of land includes Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, and parts of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Block 113, Pioneer Town Site Company s Sixth Addition to the original town (now City) of Chadron, Dawes County, Nebraska, and the vacated alley located in Block 113 and a portion of vacated Ninth Street.
