Description

The project is generally described as the replacement of the existing end of life rooftop condensers with in-kind units. Due to the age and refrigerant type the new units will require replacement of interconnecting refrigerant piping and the direct expansion cooling coil. The project will also include the addition of steel maintenance grating at the existing steel, along with maintenance steps from the roof to the equipment access grating.
