| Description | This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Waste Disposal Service for the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), Central Louisiana Supports and Services Center (CLSSC), located at 5400 Coliseum Boulevard, Alexandria, LA 71303. The contract shall be effective for a period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2023. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty-six (36) months. |
