| Description | Initial Period of Contract: Date of Award through February 28, 2024. Renewable for four (4) successive one-year renewal options. All Inquiries for Information Should Be Directed to: Jeanne McFarland, via Email at jeanne.mcfarland@cnu.edu. Inquiries must be received no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 6, 2022. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations seeking a qualified offeror(s) to provide collection and disposal services of refuse and recyclable materials and composting services for Christopher Newport University (CNU), an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) successive one (1) year periods. It is the intent of this solicitation and resulting contract(s) to allow for cooperative procurement by VASCUPP members and other institutions. |
