Description

For annual Snow Removal at its owned Water Quality division facilities. 1) Remove accumulation of snow and ice from designated parking areas, entrances to gates, and overhead doors at facilities listed. 2) Accumulation is 1” of snow, ice, or the mixture thereof. 3) If the snow event occurs overnight, designated parking areas, gates, and overhead doors will be cleared of all snow by 7:00 AM, keeping in mind that access is required to all buildings 24/7. 4) Monitor all areas for drifting to assure access for emergency purposes. 5) Ensure that the plowed snow will not interfere with any gate openings. 6) Vendor shall be liable for any repairs to the site caused by any snow plowing or removal services, including but not limited to lawn and landscaped areas, parking areas, and buildings. 7) Place snow piles/banks in such a manner as to not block the view from a standard vehicle or block any parking spaces.
