Tennis Court Rehabilitation at Leonard Park

Rehabilitation of four (4) asphalt tennis courts. Work includes but is not limited to remove existing fence fabric, remove existing asphalt and subbase as required, remove existing net posts and footings, install new asphalt tennis courts with a full color coating system, compacted asphalt binder/top course, and crushed stone base, install net posts with footings, reinstall fence fabric and gates, install curtain drain along tennis courts and connect it to an existing drain line via new pipe and doghouse-style manhole, install new precast drain manhole, remove and replace existing concrete sidewalk, install underlying stone reservoir course for new sidewalk and provide necessary erosion control measures, all in accordance with Village specifications and requirements.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
