Rehabilitate Final 9.3 Miles of the Going-To-The-Sun Road and Replace Bridge Over Mcdonald Creek

The work is to replace the existing bridge and approach with a new parabolic steel simple span bridge constructed and 2 stages, demolition of the existing bridge and construction of a new trailhead. There is also proposed work to mill 9 inches of existing asphalt off the entire roadway, construct 25 curve enhancements, perform a full depth (6”) reclamation for the entire roadway, and pave back 6” of new asphalt.
