The project portion in Alley Block 23 consists of the sanitary sewer bypass pumping, in-place sewer main replacement, service lateral connections, irrigation main replacement, subgrade recompaction, roadbase and paving in the Alley north of Main Street (state Highway 006D) from 8th Street to 9th Street.
