Description	The Wharf No. 9 project consists of upgrading the 600 feet of existing wharf to increase the operational capacity to 750 psf. Steel H -piles will be driven in the backlands of the dock. Soil nails will be driven to help the tieback the soil. The work will include patching and repairing of deteriorated pavement along the topside of the dock. The current fender system will be demolished, and a new fender system will be installed.
