**As of May 3, 2023, this project has been awarded to Apollo, Inc., in the amount of $ 5,693,720.19 Question Deadline 04/03/2023 Technical questions regarding the contract documentsshould be put in writing up until 72-hours prior to bid opening and directed to Brandon Lane, City of Pasco, Public Works, 525 N. 3rd Avenue, PO Box 293, Pasco, WA 99301, Email: laneb@pasco-wa.gov. The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the construction of the East UGA Expansion Sewer LID: Phase 4 project. The work to be performed includes the installation of approximately 20,300 linear feet of PVC gravity sewer main in private property in the northeastern portion of Pasco. Improvements are approximately located in Burns Road extended or north of Burns Road, between Road 68 and Glade Road. This contract provides the Contractor with two hundred twenty five (225) working days to attain project completion. Bid Security shall be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond, or money order made payable to the 'City of Pasco' in the amount of equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Security deposited by an unsuccessful bidder will be returned as soon as practicable after the bid opening. For full Bid Bond submittal requirements refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Technical questions regarding the contract documents should be put in writing up until 72-hours prior to bid opening and directed to Brandon Lane, City of Pasco, Public Works, 525 N. 3rd Avenue, PO Box 293, Pasco, WA 99301, Email: laneb@pasco-wa.gov. The City of Pasco hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into, pursuant to this advertisement, minority and women's business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to the invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. The Contractor shall be licensed in the State of Washington. The Contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in the performance of this contract. The Contractor shall carry out applicable requirements of 40 CFR Part 33 in the award and administration of contracts awarded under EPA financial assistance agreements. Failure by the Contractor to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this Contract which may result in the termination of this Contract. If a contract exceeds $10,000, the Contractor shall comply with Executive Order 11246, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375, "Amending Executive Order 11246 Relating to Equal Employment Opportunity," and as supplemented by regulation at 41 CFR Part 60. Contractor's compliance with Executive Order 11246 shall be based on implementation of the Equal Opportunity Clause, and specific affirmative active obligations required by the Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, as set forth in 41 CFR Part 60-4.
