It is the intent for the City of Evans to have the vacant parcel of land located in the 4100 block of Florence Avenue, the developed site will become known as DaVinci Park The DaVinci Park project consists of a 1.9 acre, undeveloped park site located off Florence Avenue in the Tuscany housing development of Evans, Colorado. Brief summary of the site work includes site grading, establishment of pathways, site furnishings, lawn areas, planting areas, and irrigation. Key components of the work include construction of a series of picnic spaces and 2 bike/scooter features characterized as a roller pathway and a bowled pathway.
