CCK-2720-23 PAV H - Replace Roof 1102

Anyone wishing to discuss specific items is requested to submit the items in writing to Capital Construction Procurement, no later than 05/17/2023 at 1:00 PM Lexington, KY Time. Written questions can be submitted by email to Ken Scott at cckbidquestions@uky.edu or fax to 859.257.1951. Remove existing roof system and properly dispose materials as required and replace with a new roofing system. The removal of the existing roof system shall be coordinated with the installation of the new roof to prevent exposure to weather conditions and potential water infiltration into the building. The University of Kentucky, Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served. Final Completion shall be Fifteen (15) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Substantial Completion will include all site restoration completed, site clean-up and fully functional.
