Heating and Ventilation Replacement

For Pool Area Heat Repair/Replace Any technical questions should be directed to Mr. Michael Walls, Maintenance Director at 615-890-8585. Bidder shall coordinate delivery time and date with Michael Walls Scope of Work: o Bidder to remove and properly dispose of six (6) radiant tube heaters from natatorium o Bidder to provide and install six (6) new stainless-steel radiant tube heaters rated same as removed o Bidder to supply and install new stainless-steel chain support for new heaters. o Bidder to supply and install new 4" stainless-steel Category III venting for new heaters exhausts o Bidder to supply and install new 4" stainless-steel single wall venting for new heater combustion air o Bidder to supply and install new roof penetrations for new venting. New heaters will individually vent through new roof penetrations on existing roof. o Bidder to supply and install new gas piping from point of demolition to new heaters o Bidder to supply and install new raintight two stage thermostats o Bidder to remove and properly dispose of 2 air intake louvers from natatorium o Bidder to provide and install 2 - Model EC-601 Drainable (or approved equal) blade 6" deep adjustable blade louver with Kynar finish steel axles, SS mesh bid screen, NEMA-4X (or approved equal) actuator interior mounted. Reconnect existing electrical louvers o Bidder to start-up and verify proper operation of new equipment o Installation to be coordinated through the Rutherford County School Maintenance Department. o Installer to sign-in at the school office. o Minimum warranty coverage shall be no less than 1-year labor and with minimum 5 years all parts. o Delivery is to be included in bid.
