| Description | Power washing, scraping, sanding and priming of all peeling and flaking paint, replacing any broken or rotted wood, and painting all trim using Sherwin Williams Duration Satin. Caulking as needed. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and tools necessary to provide the requested services. The contractor shall at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by its employees or the services provided. All rubbish, tools, and surplus materials must be removed from the premises upon completion of services. The Town reserves the right to remove rubbish and other surplus materials, and to charge any associated cost to the contractor. | ||
