Building Inspection Services

The Scope of Work shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Inspect all types of buildings per the inspection request and inspect per City, State and Local Codes as they have been adopted. 2. Work with Building Official, Inspector Supervisor and other City Inspectors to inspect new and existing buildings 3. Inspect electrical, plumbing, mechanical, underground electrical and plumbing, drains, pumps, foundation location, rebar, structural strength, structural components of the building, engineering and plans that were stamped by the architect, Insulation, vapor and moisture barriers, Exterior sheathing and siding, house wraps, roofs, windows, decks, cell towers and etc. 4. Must be able to work cordially with contractors and must be able to say no and explain why certain inspections did not pass using code sections. 5. This is an on-call position. They must be able to do inspections on short notice with a volume that fluctuates seasonally and with demand from the contracting community
