Description

Replace 8 existing Carrier Rooftop Units (RTU) on the Mapleton Administration Building. Remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC equipment: • Mapleton Public Schools will recover the refrigerant from units prior to disposal. • Procure and install new RTU of Daikin or Aaon. • Procure and install new supply fan variable speed drive. • Proposed/installed Unit weight shall not exceed 5% above existing HVAC unit weight. • Reuse existing curbs on the roof, provide curb adapter if necessary. • Install new disconnect switch and conduit to the new units.
