River Road Culvert Replacement

No definite date for the rebid.** Sealed Proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following: River Road Culvert Replacement Scope of Work The work includes, but is not limited to, maintenance and protection of traffic; temporary erosion and sediment control measures; temporary stream diversion; site restoration; remove existing CMP culvert and replace it with a precast concrete open top box culvert. The open top will be covered with hot dipped galvanized steel grating. There will be full depth bituminous pavement replacement; curb removal and replacement; and riprap installation Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. 5. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required.Bidders may obtain electronic copies of drawings and specifications of this project, at no cost, on the portal noted above.The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of Wednesday June 29, 2022 Attention Is Called to the Fact That Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set Forth in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project, and That the Contractor Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for the Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their, Race, Color, Religious Creed, Ancestry, Age, Sex, National Origin, Physical or Mental Disability, or Because of a Personl Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity or Gender Expression The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.
