Construction of Bayside Terrace Subdivision Drainage Improvements includes the installation of new storm manholes, storm sewer leads, inlets, waterline, concrete pavement, driveways, and related appurtenances within city right-of-way throughout the project limits as identified in the Contract Drawings. The project area is located on the east side of La Porte, Texas. The project area is located on the east side of La Porte, Texas, south of S.H. 225 and east of S.H. 146. The project area is generally bounded by Pine Bluff Drive to the north, S. Broadway Street to the west, Dwire Drive to the south, and the Galveston Bay to the east. Bayside Terrace is in the City of La Portes Council District 5. Fairmont Pkwy, La Porte, Texas 77571. Purchasing will act as liaison between the requestor and the departmental representative to seek clarification or supplemental instructions appropriate to the request.
