Low Slope/Steep Slope Roof Replacement for Middleburg Heights Fire Station Any proposals submitted after that time will be disqualified and returned. All proposals shall be submitted in triplicate on the provided form, sealed and marked plainly on the outside envelope: Middleburg Heights Fire Station Low Slope/Steep Slope Roof Replacement. The Council of the City of Middleburg Heights, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law.
