Repairs to the facility that fall outside the scope of routine maintenance. Total funding is intended to cover all related project costs including associated staff time. Work funded for FY 2021/22 and FY 2022/23 includes HVAC repairs and replacement for the main buildings ($274,780). Main Building HVAC repairs are on order and waiting for deliverables by contractor. Project is included in the Monterey County's - Planning Department FY 2022-2023 Budget CIP. Per the owner, as of June 28, 2022, a general contractor has been selected and construction is anticipated to begin in June 2022. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
