Description

No Bid Bond needed, 50% Payment Bond needed. No Performance Bond needed. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Mass, including, but not limited to G.L. c.149, Wage rates have been determined by the state under the provisions of Mass General Laws Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27F.
