Description

The College’s goal is to make a significant investment to 1) repair exterior portions of the building that could either be a safety hazard or lead to accelerated deterioration and 2) clean the exterior. The selected firm will work with CTCS staff and WVNCC’s faculty and staff to: 1. Evaluate the exterior of the building to identify needed repairs to the masonry, terracotta, windows and other. 2. Suggest the best methodology for cleaning the exterior of the building.
