Re-Roof - Tear off the existing's shingle. Install new 7/16" decking over the existing decking. Provide ice and water shield at minimum of 3 feet wide at all roof edges. Install synthetic underlayment, metal drip and edge flashing required. Install new roof vents per code. Provide all necessary flashings and 30 year dimensional shingles at a minimum. Dispose of debris and magnet sweep all surfaces in contact with roofing mater Chimney - Remove chimney stack below roof level. Seal opening on chimney in the attic. Frame opening on the roof and install sheathing. Complete this project prior to starting on the roof. Gutters and downspouts - Provide and install new seamless 5" gutters and 5" downspout. The downspout shall discharge 5' at a minimum at the rear of the property away from the foundation wall. Seal inlet on the west side of the structure. Color to be determine by property owner Window - Provide and install new vinyl replacement window. Location - rear second floor. Furnace - Provide and install new high efficiency furnace with 96% Alarms - Install combination Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Alarms as necessary to meet the code.. Detector shall be sealed and with a ten year lithium ion battery.
