Description

Design of two new elementary schools. A. E-53 Elementary School: Provide complete design services for a proposed new elementary school that will be located at 1525 S. Salem Street, Apex NC. The design shall be based on the large capacity elementary school program that includes a 716 student capacity with an 800 student core and 64 teaching spaces. Design to begin fall 2021, construction begins February 2024 for a 2025 completion. B. E-49 Elementary School: Provide complete design services for a proposed new elementary school that will be located on a shared site with the new Fuquay-Varina Middle School on Kenneth Branch Drive in Fuquay-Varina. The design shall be based on the large capacity elementary school program that includes a 716 student capacity with an 800 student core and 64 teaching spaces. Design to begin fall 2021, construction begins February 2024 for a 2025 completion.
