All Proposals Shall Be Made on Standard Forms Furnished by the Director of Public Service and All Blanks Must Be Properly Filled in. No Additional Prices or Qualilification Clauses Shall Be Written in. Project Will Include the Construction No Proposal Shall Be Al- Lowed to Be Withdrawn for Any Reason After It Has Been Depos- Ited With the City. Each Proposal Must Contain the Full Name and Address of Each Person or Company Interested in the Same. Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Proposal a Bid Guaranty in Acordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Re- Vised Code. Bid Security Furnished in Bond Form Shall Be Issed by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Surety. All Contractors and Subcontractors Involved With the Project Will, to the Exent Practicable, Use Ohio Products, Materials, Services, and Labor in the Implementation of Their Project. Ad- Ditionally, Contractor Compliance With the Equal Opportunity Requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Ex- Ecutive Order 84-9 Shall Be Required. Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Pickaway County and the City of Circleville, Ohio, as Determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Ser- Vices, Wage and Hour Division (614) 644-2239. The City of Circleville Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, to Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities in the Bidding; and to Enter Into a Contract With the Bidder, Who, in the City's Opinion, Offers the Lowest and Best Bid. If the Proposal is Accepted, a Contract Must Be Executed and a Satisfactory Performance Bond Furnished, Conditioned Accord- Ing to Law in the Amount of One Hundree Percent. (100%) of the Contract Price, Within Ten (10) Days After Notice of Acceptance. Sureties on All Bonds Must Be Satisfactory to the City.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
