Provide all labor, supervision, and tools to perform the Atrium ceiling repair located in building 6 at the Central Texas VA Healthcare located at Waco, TX (Doris Miller). a. Supply all necessary parts, materials, tools and labor to perform the atrium ceiling repair located in building 6 b. Coordinating with the COR during the shutdown and startup of all equipment. c. Ensure that atrium floor is always covered completely during repair procedures and painting. d. Ensure that all safety measures are followed in accordance with local and state safety laws. e. Ensure that the space is well ventilated during repair efforts to include but not limited to suction fans vented outside of the building. f. Utilize and install scaffolding. g. Repair any cracks, holes, and damaged areas located on the in the Atrium Hall Area ceiling, Stage Ceiling and Loft ceiling and anywhere else connected the Atrium Hall. h. Circular cover connected to the vents will be scrapped, sanded, primed and painted per customer color i. Vents will be sanded, primed and painted per customer color j. Prime and paint ceiling according to customer’s paint color. k. Popcorn texture will remain.
