Remove existing Generator and Install New. Remove, Relocate and Install New 36 Kw Generator to Prevent Exhaust Gas From Entering the Residence. Existing Natural Gas Piping Fueling Generator Shall Be Replaced With Up-sized Pipe to Accommodate the Increased Load Created by the New Generator. New Natural Gas Pipes Shall Be Connected to Existing Branch Pipe(S) to Fuel Existing Appliances. The Existing Automatic Transfer Switch and Main Panel Shall Be Replaced With a 400a Service Rated Transfer Switch With Rear Service Entrance. Emergency Panel Shall Be Removed and Circuits Existing In the Emergency Panel Shall Be Fed to the Spare Breakers Located in Panel-b. The New Service Rated ATS and Proposed Generator Shall Be Integrated Together to Ensure Automatic Start-up and Shut-off of the Emergency Power System. The New Generator Shall Be Located Away From the Building, Near the Fence, in the Enclosed Backyard. A Portion of the Concrete Sidewalk Shall Be Removed Then Replaced With New to Accommodate the Installation of the Natural Gas Piping / Electrical Wiring for the New Generator.
