Stormwater Basin Maint - Martinsville

Provide routine, general maintenance on Storm Water Management Facilities (SWMF) and Best Management Practices (BMPs) in various locations, on interstate, primary and secondary routes, located within Salem District. The BMPs shall include but not be limited to; Filtering Practices, Sheet Flows to Vegetation Filter or Conserved Open Space, Constructed Wetlands, Bioretention, Infiltration Basins, Infiltration Trenches, Dry Swales, Permeable Pavement, Grassed Swales, Grassed Channels, Level Spreaders, Check Dams, Wet Basins, Wet Ponds, Extended Detention Basins, Sand Filter Basins. Lot 1 Martinsville Residency West to include Carrol, part of Floyd County (along Route 58) and part of Patrick County. Currently there are approximately 42 facilities within this lot. Lot 2 Martinsville Residency East to include Henry and part of Patrick County. Currently there are approximately 44 facilities within this lot.
