Ditch between Shady Pine and Wayne Streets, ditch east of Wayne Street and north of Mississippi Drive. Ditch running south along Spring Street from South Street to ditch end across from Blue Crab Grill. Ditch and grounds on Chickasawhay Street to Summer Street bend from railroad tracks to roadway.
