For Remodeling, Repair, and Minor Construction The CONTRACTOR will provide remodeling, repairs, and minor construction services, with a per project value of less than $100,000.00, on a task authorization basis for any City locations specified by individual work orders / purchase orders throughout the City of Fort Myers. Projects may include, but not be limited to: o Construction renovations to interior and exterior space o Concrete repair/replacement o Docks/Decking repair/replacement o Door repair/replacement o Overhead door repair/replacement o Electrician repair/replacement o Electric Gates repair/replacement o Flooring repair/replacement o HVAC repair/replacement o Painting/Waterproofing o Plumbing repair/replacement o Roofing repair/replacement o Screen repair/replacement o Site work o Structural repair/replacement o Window repair/replacement o ADA repair/replacement, including ramps o All other related general minor construction services Online Q&A: Yes Q&A Deadline: 02/17/2023 5:00 PM (EST) Bid, Performance, and Payment Bonds and other instruments of security furnished by the Contractor and his Surety in accordance with the Contract Documents and in accordance with the law of the place of the project.
