Description

This project will renovate 11,200 sf of existing space in Postle Hall to accommodate staff that are being relocated from Hamilton Hall. The scope will include renovation within existing Postle Hall and build out of shelled space within the Postle Hall new building expansion currently in construction. The 2nd floor of existing Postle will house a suite for College of Dentistry Senior Administration and the 1st floor of the new building will be built out for college facilities and IT staff. The project site is bounded by 12th Avenue, Neil Avenue, and the soon to be completed 11th Avenue extension. Construction will occur in an occupied building with both patients and students. The C-A/E will prepare the POR as an Additional Service.
