Additions and Renovations to Courthouse

Scope: The proposed project is a 87,000 sq t two story facility with a program focus on office and storage space for the Wayne County Court Houses and Related Services. The facility will include site grading, storm drainage, excavation, paving and concrete walks. Project includes structural cast-in-place concrete foundation, structural steel rame, barjoist, metal deck, and light-gauge metal raming systems. The building envelope and exterior offacility includes storeront raming/glazing system, brick veneer, single-ply roofing system, and EIFS. Project includes multiple elevators, extensive technology and security. Interior finishes for this project include carpet and LVT flooring, painted gypsum wallboard, acoustical ceilings, plastic laminate covered cabinets, hard tile, and exposed painted structure, custom premium wood trim & cabinetry
