| Description | The City of Quincy's 2023 Motor Fuel Tax Material Proposal includes the asphalt and portland cement concrete material needed for projects throughout the corporate limits of the city of Quincy by the Central Services Department. The City Council of Quincy reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening of the bids is past.
