Description

To provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary for the rooftop HVAC unit replacement at Fairfield Warde High School, 755 Melville Avenue, Fairfield, Connecticut as specified. The primary intent of this project is to replace existing heating-ventilation equipment with new systems capable of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning. A new VRF system will be installed to handle space and envelope loads in the cafeteria and senior commons.
