Olympic Stadium Repairs and Improvements Phase 2

Olympic Stadium is a heavy timber structure completed in 1938 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Primary work consists of: the deteriorated east wall of the stadium will be rebuilt. Shingle siding will be replaced on the south side of the stadium. And new restroom(s) will be added to the main entry area. Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to complete all the Work under a single, lump sum contract for Olympic Stadium Repairs and Improvements, located at 2811 Cherry Street, Hoquiam, WA 98550, as shown on the Drawings and described in the Project Manual. Items of the Work include, but are not limited to: Rebuilding east wall of stadium structure. Replacing existing shingle siding on south and southwest elevations including the addition of plywood sheathing. New shingle siding will be painted. Repair existing fascia panels as required and paint panels as shown. Construction of (1) new restroom as an Additive Alternate and (5) additional restrooms as a separate Additive Alternate, adjacent to the main entry of the stadium. Extension(s) of existing fire suppression system to new rooms and spaces as applicable.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
