The Valley Regional Park Field Support Complex consists of the complete demolition of the existing ball field support building and bleachers and accessory structures as required for new construction. Selective Demolition of utilities and structures to remain and are incorporated in the new project. Utility connections and partial replacement. New construction as indicated in the bid documents including buildings, bleachers, fencing/netting, paving, site and landscape work, etc. Rework of existing field elements and coordination with owner regarding to tie into existing systems
