Roof Replacement - Westview Early Childhood Learning Academy and Pittman Vocational

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids for all labor, material, and equipment necessary to replace the roof at Westview Early Childhood Education Center, 1100 Patterson Street, Petersburg, VA 23803 and I. B. Pittman Vocational Center, 35 Pine Street, Petersburg, VA 23803. Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Tamika Freeland, by email to tafreeland@petersburg.k12.va.us. Inquiries must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the due date in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other School board representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction ANY NOTATION ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE ENVELOPE PURPORTING TO ALTER, AMEND, MODIFY OR REVISE THE BID CONTAINED WITHIN THE ENVELOPE SHALL BE OF NO EFFECT AND SHALL BE DISREGARDED. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time clock stamp in the at the Front Reception Desk. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bids are stamped by Procurement Department personnel before the deadline. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids or changes to a bid response shall not be accepted via fax or email.
