Description

The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be obtained by calling the Sanitary District office, at 480-837-9444, and asking for the RFQ administrator. The RFQ will be emailed to the interested party once contact information is provided. The SOQ must include all information items listed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Any SOQ received after the time specified will be returned unopened. (No electronic submittals or amendments will be accepted). It is the CM@R's responsibility to assure SOQ's are received at the above location on or before the specified time. This will be a CM@R Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. The project requires pre-construction services and construction services for a ASR Well Control Building to be located in Fountain Park in Fountain Hills, AZ. The ASR Well Control Building will be a secured room housing aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) well piping, valves, control instrumentation, and electrical equipment. The project will also require site grading modifications, relocation of public sidewalk and statues, addition of landscaping, modify existing irrigation systems, and removal of existing buried well control vaults. The DISTRICT reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any submittal and to reject all submittals and re-advertise or cancel the project in its entirety, at its sole discretion. The DISTRICT, or its consultants and advisors, will not be responsible for any cost incurred by any firm submitting an SOQ or responding to this notice.
