William Johnston Building Retail Teaching Lab

The objective of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a purchase order (PO) with a Respondent to provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary to complete the renovations of rooms 3015, 3015A & 3015C at the William Johnston Building as specified in the Construction Documents. The scope of work includes constructing new acoustical walls with a new acoustical door panel, door frame, and locksets. Installing acoustical fabric wall panels, the removal of existing wall slats, installing new flooring, resilient base, and paint finishes, and electrical and mechanical modifications as requires. The Williams Johnston Building is located at 143 Honors Way, Tallahassee, FL 32304.
