Cabeza Replace Septic Tank

The Statement of Work (SOW) is for the replacement of two Septic Systems on the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge complex. The refuge has two residences on the complex built in the 1970’s to be used as housing for employees. Both housing units are identical in design and size. Built at the same time and the current septic system has been identified to be the original as per the time of the house unit construction. Both septic tanks are located on the west side of each of the house units.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities.
